SEO-Optimized Content Plan That Boosted Organic Traffic by 120%
The company sought to improve its organic presence, drive more qualified website traffic, and generate high-intent leads through content marketing. The core focus was on keyword research, content clustering, on-page SEO, and strategic publishing across the blog and landing pages. Working closely with the client’s internal team, I developed a 3-month roadmap that aligned SEO goals with the brand’s messaging and industry trends.

We also restructured the blog section into topical clusters based on intent, added schema markup for rich results, and optimized old blog posts for better indexing. New content was published weekly and internally linked to drive authority to key product pages.

One major challenge was the client’s over-reliance on a few short-tail keywords, which were highly competitive and offered little conversion value. To overcome this, I implemented a content strategy focused on low-competition, high-intent long-tail keywords that better matched the buyer’s journey. Another obstacle was poor content structure and metadata optimization. I revamped the headings, meta descriptions, and URL slugs to follow SEO best practices.

Within 90 days of implementing the strategy, the website’s organic traffic increased by 120%, with a 55% improvement in average session duration and a 30% drop in bounce rate. Several newly published articles ranked on the first page of Google, with a few reaching the top 3 positions for target keywords. This resulted in a significant uptick in qualified leads and a measurable boost in inbound demo requests.
