Facebook & Google Ads Campaign That Generated 1,000+ Qualified Leads

Our client, a fast-growing B2B service provider, wanted to rapidly scale their customer acquisition by generating high-quality leads through paid advertising. They had previously attempted digital campaigns but failed to achieve consistent lead quality or volume. I was brought on board to design, manage, and optimize comprehensive Facebook and Google Ads campaigns targeting decision-makers in specific industries.

This project was executed over a 60-day period and involved a full-funnel advertising approach. We built separate campaigns for Facebook (Meta) and Google Search, each with tailored ad creatives, custom audience targeting, and conversion-optimized landing pages.

challenge & solutions

One of the biggest challenges was filtering out low-quality leads, especially from Facebook, where audience intent can vary significantly. To overcome this, I implemented layered targeting strategies and introduced a pre-qualification step on the landing page. On Google Ads, we faced high competition in the niche, which inflated CPCs. I responded by refining keyword match types, adding negative keywords, and improving ad quality scores to reduce cost per click without losing visibility.

result & impact

The campaign successfully generated over 1,000+ qualified leads within the first two months. Facebook delivered cost-effective volume, while Google Ads brought in highly targeted traffic with higher conversion rates. The cost per lead (CPL) was reduced by 38% compared to the client’s past campaigns. More importantly, the client was able to convert a significant portion of these leads into paying customers, resulting in a 3.6X return on ad spend (ROAS).

This project became a benchmark for future campaigns and significantly improved the client’s confidence in paid media as a lead generation channel.
