Full Marketing Funnel Buildout from Awareness to Conversion

This project involved building a full-funnel digital marketing strategy for a growing e-commerce brand looking to scale its online presence and drive consistent revenue growth. The client had previously run isolated campaigns but lacked a cohesive funnel that nurtured prospects through the buyer’s journey. Our task was to create and execute a comprehensive strategy that included awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, leveraging multi-platform advertising and automation tools.

The main challenge was the lack of customer journey mapping and inconsistent messaging across platforms. Prospects were falling through the cracks between ad clicks and final purchases. To resolve this, we first mapped out the entire buyer journey and segmented the audience by intent and behavior. We created platform-specific creatives and messaging tailored to each funnel stage.

result & impact

The full-funnel strategy resulted in a 270% increase in ROI over a 90-day period. The client’s cost per acquisition (CPA) decreased by 43%, while the average order value increased by 32%. Email automation brought in 21% of the total revenue with minimal ongoing effort.
