Lead Generation Funnel That Delivered 5x ROI in 60 Days
This project involved designing and executing a high-converting lead generation funnel for a B2B SaaS company targeting mid-sized enterprises in the US. The goal was to build a system that would capture qualified leads through a mix of paid advertising, optimized landing pages, and automated email sequences.
The strategy focused on full-funnel performance—from awareness to conversion—utilizing Meta Ads, Google Search campaigns, and retargeting, combined with compelling ad creatives and strong call-to-actions.

The funnel was launched as part of a Q2 growth initiative for a client offering workflow automation software. We created an offer-driven campaign (free trial + downloadable guide), developed multiple audience segments based on job titles and industries, and split-tested landing pages using A/B testing frameworks.



challenge & solutions
The main challenge was low-quality leads from previous campaigns and high bounce rates on the landing page. To overcome this, we rebuilt the ad copy to attract the right decision-makers and designed a mobile-first, fast-loading landing page with clear messaging and trust indicators. We also implemented a lead qualification step within the form to ensure only high-intent users proceeded to the next funnel stage.
